Black Bean Burger

2 15.5-oz cans of black beans, drained but not rinsed
1 egg
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
1 jalapeño, minced
1/4 cup of red onion, minced
1/4 tsp of kosher salt
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of curry powder
Fresh brioche buns
Slices of pepper jack cheese
Tomato slices
Red onion
Baby spinach leaves
Guacamole
